Far-Flung Productions specializes in travel, cultural, environmental and nature documentaries. We are able to take your dream and make it a reality. We provide the research, develop treatments, scripts, and budgets. We shoot and edit your project so that it is ready for distribution. Full service means just that.

Our state of the art equipment includes Sony Z1 & HC-1 High Definition cameras. Underwater work is also filmed in HD or DVCAM using Amphibico and Light & Motion housings. We also provide underwater HID lighting systems.

Editing services are provided on Final Cut Pro and Avid for both HD and SD formats."

Still photography services are available in both film and digital format. We use Nikon cameras, D-100’s and F-100’s, and a full array of Nikon lenses. Sea & Sea and Nexus housings are used to house the cameras for underwater work.

Remember we are just unhinged enough to actually enjoy shooting in extreme conditions: underwater, in extreme heat and cold, and especially in remote locations. We think it’s fun.
